Required to seal the oil passage way from right case to the balancer tensioner plate; leaking can cause over oiling of the lower end that decreases horsepower from oil drag. Can also be used to check pressure lost at the balancer tensioner plate. Checks sealing of interconnect seal. Made in the U.S.A..
