Joker's upper handlebar riser clamp is an easy way to give your bike a racer look. Replaces your stock H-D Nightster's top clamp with the built-in "speedometer ring" mount - a perfect bar clamp solution when using Joker's speedo sidemount assembly. Fully CNC machined racing-styled design is made from solid 6061-T6 bar stock for maximum strength. Fit 1" diameter handlebars. For models with 3-1/2" on-center and offset mounting holes. For use with most 99-17 Harley-Davidson models with 3-1/2" on-center risers and offset mounting holes and 86-19 XL models. Made in the U.S.A..
