Handle Straps

Designed to fit over the handlebars and secure to Cinchtite 1, Cinchtite 2 or other tie-downs without built-in soft loops. Diameter of the handlebars must be less than 2.5". 34-1/2" L x 2" W webbing; cuff is approximately 3-5/8" when flattened.
