Fits Chevrolet Small Block with 8 Inch Harmonic Balancer

Installs using stock timing cover bolts. Chrome plated steel is a much better compliment to a chromed timing cover. Has markings for 16 degrees before top dead center (BTDC) to 8 degrees after top dead center (ATDC).
