Heavy 18-gauge raw steel construction. Designed to fill in the area between the fender and saddlebags and extend the rear of the fender for a street glide look. Extends the fender 4" over OEM. Requires custom mounting; no hardware is included. Will not work on bikes equipped with detachable backrest. Made in the U.S.A..
